摘  要:本文建立了全自动Qu ECh ERS-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法快速测定花类代用茶中5种链格孢霉毒素的分析方法。样品经全自动Qu ECh ERS前处理,以ACQUITY UPLCHSST3色谱柱分离,在电喷雾离子源负源模式下,进行多反应监测分析。在优化后的条件下,5种链格孢霉毒素在各自的线性响应范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r)均大于0.999,在6种花类代用茶基质的3个不同加标水平下平均回收率为82.3%~105.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于10%,方法检出限为0.5~1.5μg/kg。方法具有分析速度快、稳定性好、灵敏度高的特点,能够满足花类代用茶中链格孢霉毒素的快速检测需求。A method for the simultaneous determination of 5 kinds of alternaria toxins in flower substitute tea was established by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry combined with full-automatic QuEChERS extraction.The samples were pre-treated by full-automatic QuEChERS experiment instrument,separated by ACQUITY UPLC HSS T 3 column and detected by MS/MS system under negative electro-spray ionization(ESI-)mode with multiple reaction ion monitoring(MRM).Under the optimized conditions,all the 5 kinds of alternaria toxins were well separated with good linear relationships within their respective linear ranges,and the correlation coefficients(r)were greater than 0.999.The average recoveries of 5 kinds of alternaria toxins in 6 flower substitute tea matrices at 3 kinds of spiked levels ranged from 82.3%to 105.7%,with relative standard deviations no more than 10%,and the detection limits were between 0.5-1.5μg/kg.The method has characteristics of fast analysis speed,high sensitivity and accuracy,and it can be used for the rapid detection of alternaria toxins in flower substitute tea.
