摘　　要：腹腔镜下Roux-en-Y胃旁路术(laparoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric bypass,LRYGB)在20世纪90年代被美国国立卫生研究院共识推荐为减重代谢外科的“金标准”术式并沿用至今。大量循证医学证据表明,LRYGB能够长期稳定有效地控制体重和治疗肥胖相关代谢疾病。该术式经过了半个多世纪的不断自我更新和发展,精准、规范的操作对于保证治疗效果和降低手术并发症发生率有着极为重要的意义。笔者对LRYGB的术式发展历程进行了回顾,进一步了解及强调对其规范操作的重要性。Laparoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric bypass(LRYGB)was recommended as the gold standard procedurefor metabolic and bariatric surgery by the National Institutes of Health in the 1990s and then had been adopted till now,which could effectively control excess weight and treat metabolic diseases relevant to obesity in a long term.The currentLRYGB procedure had been performed more than half a century of development and update,and is still constantlyevolving.Standardized and precise surgical procedures are of great significance in ensuring treatment effect and reducingthe incidence of complications.Thus,the author reviewed the development process of LRYGB,further understanding andemphasizing the importance of standardized and precise surgical procedures.
