摘  要:质外体是植物细胞质膜外的结构,主要由细胞壁和细胞间隙组成,在植物细胞营养物质运输、结构支撑、防御生物和非生物胁迫等过程中发挥重要作用。土壤重金属污染是一种世界环境问题,严重危害生态安全及人类健康,而植物对重金属具有一定的富集效应从而改善土壤污染状况。为了探究质外体在植物重金属胁迫响应中的作用,本研究着重阐述了质外体细胞壁成分(多糖,木质素以及蛋白质)、质外体ROS的产生、质外体酶促及非酶促抗氧化系统在植物重金属胁迫响应中的作用,以期对植物重金属耐性机制有更深入的了解。Apoplasts are the extracellular structures of plant cells,mainly composed of cell walls and intercellular spaces,which play an important role in the process of plant cell nutrient transportation,structural support,and defense against biological and abiotic stresses.Soil heavy metal pollution is a worldwide environmental problem,which seriously endangers ecological security and human health.Plants have a certain enrichment effect on heavy metals to improve soil pollution.To explore the role of apoplasts in the response to heavy metal stress in plants,this review focuses on the roles of apoplastic cell wall components(polysaccharides,lignin,and proteins),apoplastic ROS production,apoplastic enzymatic and non-enzymatic antioxidant systems in response to heavy metal stress in plants,in order to give a comprehensive understanding of the mechanisms of heavy metal tolerance.
