摘　　要：秦邦宪在莫斯科中山大学留学期间,学习刻苦,追求进步,个人能力突出,工作作风踏实,得到了校方的认可并被重用,从担任教学翻译、教务处翻译一直做到中大翻译局主席,并成为学校共青团组织部长、党支部局组织委员。他在积累一定工作经验的同时,也卷入中大的政治斗争漩涡。在“十天大会”的矛盾斗争中,秦邦宪支持支部局的路线和政策,因此被划入“28个半布尔什维克”,其实他在留学期间与米夫、王明并不熟悉,更非王明派系的成员。During his days as an international student at Moscow Sun Yat-sen University,Qin Bangxian displayed a strong work ethic and a keen interest in progressive political ideologies.His commitment and practical approach led to him being entrusted with various significant responsibilities by the school administration,such as serving as a class interpreter,the interpreter for the Academic Affairs Office,and the Deputy Chairman of the University's Translation Bureau.Concurrently,he assumed the role of Chief of the Organization Department in the university's Communist Youth League and became a member of the Organizational Committee within the university's Party Branch Bureau.However,these roles also exposed Qin to the political turbulence at Moscow Sun Yat-sen University.Amidst the political strife surrounding the“Ten-day Meeting,”Qin aligned himself with the policies and stances of the Party Branch Bureau.That was why he was later recognized as one of the“Twenty-eight and a Half Bolsheviks.”Despite this association,it was later revealed that Qin was actually not familiar with both Pavel Mif and Wang Ming during his time in the Soviet Union and was not affiliated with the Wang Ming Clique.
