摘　　要：1994年英国呼吸技术与生理学协会发表了肺功能检查的声明,并在2020年进行了更新。本文对该声明中肺功能检查前的一般流程、正常值范围与阻塞性通气功能障碍的判读、各项肺功能检查的注意事项、儿科肺功能等更新内容进行介绍,并与中国中华医学会呼吸病学分会发布的肺功能相关检查指南进行对比,重点解读其不同点,同时结合我国目前肺功能检查情况提出适当的建议,以期为我国肺功能检查规范更新应用提供参考。In 1994,a statement on the performance of lung function testing was issued by the Association for Respiratory Technology&Physiology(ARTP),and it has been updated in 2020.In this paper,we introduced the updated content,including general procedures,normal value ranges and interpretations of obstructive ventilation dysfunction,precautions of lung function tests,and paediatric lung function testing.We also compared the differences between the ARTP statement and the lung function guidelines issued by the Chinese Thoracic Society(CTS)and put forward some appropriate suggestions from the viewpoint of our current situation.We expected it to provide valuable references for the normative update and application of pulmonary function tests in China.
