乡愁、私益和公利:返乡青年参与乡村振兴的三重逻辑

摘　　要：返乡青年是新时期推动乡村振兴和乡村治理现代化的中坚力量和关键因素。返乡青年参与乡村振兴具有情感逻辑、理性逻辑和价值逻辑。其中,“乡愁”是返乡青年参与乡村振兴的情感逻辑,返乡青年在城市中所经历的情感缺失由“乡愁”所补足并再造;私益是返乡青年参与乡村振兴的理性逻辑,返乡青年通过人力资本和社会资本的积累以及与其他主体的市场合作,获取丰盈的经济资本,实现个人理性目标;公利是返乡青年参与乡村振兴的价值逻辑,返乡青年经历“乡愁”情感的召唤和个人私利的达成两个阶段后,渴望承担更大的社会责任,觉醒服务于公益的心理,并且通过公利活动策划和实践,力争实现更合理的福利供给和利益分配。以上三个逻辑紧密相连,相互贯通,阐明了返乡青年参与乡村振兴的深层原因和内在动力。在理清三层逻辑的基础上,政府应出台帮扶政策,社会加强心理引导,村社定期召开经验共享联结会,以求最大限度地助推乡村振兴。Returning youth are the backbone and key factor in promoting rural revitalization and modernization of rural governance in the new era.The participation of returning youth in rural revitalization has emotional logic,rational logic,and value logic.Among them,"homesickness"is the emotional logic and the emotional deficiencies experienced by returning youth in cities are supplemented and reconstructed by"homesickness";private benifits are the rational logic.Through the accumulation of human and social capital as well as market cooperation with other entities,returning youth obtain abundant economic capital to achieve personal rational goals;public interest is the value logic.After experiencing two stages:the call of"homesickness"emotion and the achievement of personal benifits,returning youth yearn to take on greater social responsibility,awaken the mentality of serving public welfare,and strive to achieve more reasonable welfare supply and benefit distribution through planning and practice of public interest activities.The above three logics are closely connected and interconnected,elucidating the deep reasons and internal driving forces for the participation of returning youth in rural revitalization.Therefore,the government should introduce assistance policies,the society should strengthen social psychological guidance,and village communities should regularly hold experience sharing and connection meetings to maximize the promotion of rural revitalization.
