摘 要:宏观偏析是连铸钢坯不可避免的凝固缺陷,严重的宏观偏析对钢铁产品力学性能和使用寿命有很大影响。目前,铸坯宏观偏析的控制已经取得了重大进展,许多技术已经在生产过程中得到广泛应用。从试验研究和数值模拟两个方面总结了国内外采用电磁搅拌解决铸坯宏观偏析技术的研究现状,对比了两种研究方法的特点,并对电磁搅拌影响铸坯偏析的因素进行了总结,为后续采用电磁搅拌解决铸坯偏析问题提供参考。Macro-segregation is a common defect that occurs during the solidification of continuous cast steel.Severe macro-segregation has great influence on mechanical properties and service life of steel.Significant progress has been reviewed in controlling billet macro-segregation,and many techniques have been successfully implemented in the production process.The status of adopting electromagnetic stirring technology to solve billet macro-segregation at home and abroad was described from aspects of experimental research and numerical simulation,and the characteristics were compared.Furthermore,factors of electromagnetic stirring affecting billet macro-segregation was summarized,providing guidance for future applications of electromagnetic stirring to solve billet macro-segregation.
