摘　　要：目的在危重症患儿院内转运过程中构建符合临床工作的预防血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))降低的实践策略。方法在文献回顾、病例分析基础上初步拟定危重症患儿院内转运SpO_(2)降低的预防策略问卷,然后采用德尔菲法构建危重症患儿院内转运SpO_(2)降低的预防策略。结果通过两轮专家咨询,发放问卷20份,有效回收率为100.00%,最终构建危重症患儿院内转运预防SpO_(2)降低的实践策略,包括:一级指标4项条目(管理、教育和培训、评估、干预措施),二级指标16项条目,三级指标64项条目。经过两轮专家咨询,统计显示权威系数分别为0.870、0.850,协调系数分别为0.220、0.357。结论基于德尔菲法构建的危重症患儿院内转运预防SpO_(2)降低的策略包括管理、教育和培训、评估、干预措施4个方面,专家意见集中,具有科学性和实用性,为指导儿科临床工作提供了参考依据。Objective To construct a practical strategy to prevent the decrease of blood oxygen saturation(SpO_(2))in line with clinical work in the process of in-hospital transportation of critically ill children.Methods On the basis of literature review and case analysis,the prevention strategy questionnaire of in-hospital transportation of SpO_(2) reduction in critically ill children was preliminarily formulated,then the prevention strategy of in-hospital transportation of SpO_(2) reduction in critically ill children was constructed by Delphi method.Results Through two rounds of expert consultation,20 questionnaires were distributed,and the effective recovery rate was 100.00%.Finally,the practical strategy for preventing SpO_(2) reduction of in-hospital transportation of critically ill children was constructed,including 4 items of primary indicators(management,education and training,evaluation,and intervention measures),16 items of secondary indicators,and 64 items of tertiary indicators.After two rounds of expert consultation,the authority coefficients were 0.870 and 0.850,respectively,the coordination coefficients were 0.220 and 0.357,respectively.Conclusion The strategy of preventing SpO_(2) reduction of in-hospital transportation of critically ill children based on Delphi method includes management,education and training,evaluation,and intervention measures.The expert opinions are concentrated,scientific,and practical,which provides reference for guiding clinical nursing work in pediatrics.
