摘  要:基于2009~2021年我国地级市和制造业上市公司匹配数据,运用多期双重差分法分析信息基础设施建设如何影响企业智能制造。研究发现:“宽带中国”试点能够提升试点城市企业的智能制造发展水平。机制分析表明,信息基础设施建设通过技术创新和成本降低双重路径促进企业智能制造;且市场化程度的提高有利于发挥信息基础设施建设对企业智能制造的驱动作用。异质性检验表明,信息基础设施建设更容易促进国有企业、高技术企业和大规模企业的智能制造。据此,应强化信息基础设施体系建设,加快市场化改革步伐,降低技术壁垒和成本负担,推动企业智能制造转型。Based on the matching data of prefecture-level cities and manufacturing listed companies from 2009 to 2021 of China,this paper analyzes how information infrastructure construction affects enterprise intelligent manufacturing by using the multi-period difference-in-differences method.The research finds that the"Broadband China"pilot can promote the development level of enterprise intelligent manufacturing in pilot cities.Mechanism analysis shows that information infrastructure construction promotes enterprise intelligent manufacturing through the dual path of technological innovation and cost reduction,and the improvement of marketization is conducive to leveraging the driving role of information infrastructure construction in enterprise intelligent manufacturing.Heterogeneity analysis shows that it is easier for information infrastructure construction to promote intelligent manufacturing in state-owned enterprises,high-tech enterprises and large-scale enterprises.Therefore,we should strengthen the construction of information infrastructure system,accelerate the pace of market-oriented reform,reduce technical barriers and cost burdens,and promote the transformation of enterprise intelligent manufacturing.
