摘 要:为了促进新能源电量消纳,循环流化床锅炉压火启动调峰研究得到广泛关注。本文针对锅炉压火启动技术,从压火启动原理、发展历程、需要关注的核心问题及应对措施进行了概述,总结分析了压火时长、机组安全性、污染物生成和控制及无循环泵直流CFB锅炉压火调峰等问题,提出了压火时长计算、NOx控制及压火启动调峰对机组寿命的影响等未来重点研究方向。In order to promote the consumption of new energy electricity,the research on banked fire and start-up peak regulation technology of circulating fluidized bed(CFB)boiler has received widespread attention.The principle,development process,core issues that need to be paid attention to and countermeasures for banked fire and start-up peak regulation technology are summarized in this paper.The existing problems in the duration of banked fire,the safety of the unit,the generation and control of pollutants,and problems of once-through CFB boiler without circulating pump during banked fire and start-up peak regulation are summarized and analyzed.The key research directions in the future are proposed such as the calculation of the banked fire duration,the controling of NOx and the impact of banked fire and start-up peak regulation on the life of the unit,etc.
