摘　　要：追索中国流失海外历史档案,继承民族珍贵档案遗产具有突出现实意义。本研究结合内部控制与外部掠夺双向视角,追溯近代中国档案巨量流失的历史肇因,审视反思档案回归后出现的文化断裂,提出在接续情感与认同的原则基础上,采取灵活的叙事重构方法,进而以社会记忆存储形式的变化跃升为脉络,从事实相接、交互融合、记忆存储、内容管理四个方面,探究实现中国流失海外历史档案的社会性回归的具体可行策略,为发挥档案遗产价值、弥合民族记忆伤痕提供智力支持。It is of great practical significance to trace the lost overseas historical archives in China and inherit the precious heritage of national archives.Combining the dual perspectives of internal control and external plundering,this paper traces the historical causes of the massive loss of archives in modern China,examines and reflects on the cultural rupture that emerged after the return of archives,and proposes a flexible narrative reconstruction method based on the principles of continuous emotions and identification.This approach takes the changes in social memory storage forms as the context,from four aspects:factual connection,interactive integration,memory storage,and content management,exploring specific and feasible strategies for achieving the social return of China's lost overseas historical archives,in order to provide intellectual support for unleashing the value of archival heritage and bridging the scars of national memory.
