摘  要:主诊医师负责制这一医疗管理制度在医疗服务工作中扮演着举足轻重的角色。其核心在于明确主诊医师对患者诊疗全过程的直接责任,这不仅简化了医疗服务流程,提高了效率,还显著促进了医疗质量管理水平的提升。主诊医师负责制也强化了医师的职业责任感和使命感,使他们更加关注患者的需求和满意度。文章将对主诊医师负责制的应用意义进行深入分析,并从医师培训与考核、诊疗流程优化、团队协作与沟通强化以及医疗质量管理机制完善等方面,探讨如何通过这一制度进一步提升医疗质量管理水平的实践策略,以期为广大医疗机构提供有益的参考和借鉴。The responsibility system of the attending doctor,as a medical management system,plays a pivotal role in medical service work.Its core lies in clarifying the direct responsibility of the attending doctor for the entire process of patient diagnosis and treatment.This not only simplifies the medical service process,improves efficiency,but also significantly promotes the improvement of medical quality management level.The responsibility system of the attending doctor also strengthens the professional sense of responsibility and mission of doctors,making them pay more attention to the needs and satisfaction of patients.This article will conduct a deep analysis of the application significance of the responsibility system of the attending doctor,and explore practical strategies to further improve the level of medical quality management through this system from aspects such as doctor training and assessment,optimization of diagnosis and treatment processes,strengthening of team collaboration and communication,and improvement of medical quality management mechanisms.It aims to provide useful references and lessons for a wide range of medical institutions.
