精细化管理在手术器械消毒灭菌管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨消毒供应中心精细化管理在手术器械消毒灭菌管理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年5月—2023年6月济南市第三人民医院消毒供应中心2000件手术器械作为观察对象,其中1000件为消毒供应中心精细化管理开展前(2021年5月—2022年5月)的手术器械,另1000件为消毒供应中心精细化管理开展后(2022年6月—2023年6月)的手术器械。比较精细化管理开展前后手术器械合格率(清洗合格率与消毒灭菌合格率)和手术器械使用满意度。结果消毒供应中心精细化管理开展后,手术器械清洗合格率(99.2%)与消毒灭菌合格率(100%)高于开展前(90.7%、95.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。消毒供应中心精细化管理开展后,手术器械使用满意度(99.00%)高于开展前(93.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消毒供应中心精细化管理在手术器械消毒灭菌管理中的应用效果较高,不仅能提升手术器械的清洗合格率与消毒灭菌合格率,还能提升医护人员对手术器械的使用满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of refined management of disinfection supply centers in surgical instrument disinfection and sterilization management.Methods A total of 2000 surgical instruments of disinfection supply center,Ji'nan Third People's Hospital from May 2021 to June 2023 were used as observation objects.Among them,1000 were surgical instruments before the implementation of fine management in the disinfection supply center(May 2021 to May 2022),and the other 1000 were surgical instruments after the implementation(June 2022 to June 2023).The qualification rate of surgical instruments(cleaning qualification rate and disinfection and sterilization qualification rate)and satisfaction with the use of surgical instruments before and after the implementation of refined management were compared.Results After the implementation of refined management in the disinfection supply center,the qualified rates of surgical instrument cleaning(99.2%)and disinfection and sterilization(100%)were higher than before the implementation(90.7%,95.3%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation of refined management in the disinfection supply center,the satisfaction with the use of surgical instruments(99.00%)was higher than before(93.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of refined management of disinfection supply centers in surgical instrument disinfection and sterilization management is relatively high.It can not only improve the cleaning and disinfection qualification rates of surgical instruments,but also enhance the satisfaction of medical staff with the use of sur gical instruments.
