摘 要:在实际建筑施工过程中,为了保证施工单位对施工活动的有效管理,施工单位会根据预先设置的分区分段工程进行施工。因此,在设计阶段向施工阶段过渡时,需要对BIM模型做深化设计,具体是将BIM模型中的构件按照施工的分区分段,根据一定规则进行切割,并归属到各分区分段。然而,目前的质量数据信息还无法准确与细分的分区分段部分进行匹配,容易产生施工现场数据碎片化的问题。本研究基于BIM模型分割和工作分解结构(WBS)编码规则,针对某项目现场海量的多源异构数据,提出了一种基于数字孪生的施工质量信息管理方法,包括质量数据采集,BIM模型分割和数据关联步骤。该方法有效实现了现场采集的质量数据与对应BIM施工区段的关联,预期能够高效地管理现场施工质量数据,有效提高了现场质量管理水平和效率。In the actual construction process,in order to ensure the effective management of construction activities,the construction unit will carry out the construction according to the pre-set partition projects.Therefore,in the transition from the design stage to the construction stage,it is necessary to deepen the design of the BIM model.Specifically,the components in the BIM model are cut and assigned to each partition according to certain rules and the construction partition,and belong to the construction partition.However,the current quality data information can not be accurately matched with the segmented partitions,which is easy to cause the problem of construction site data fragmentation.Based on BIM model segmentation and work breakdown structure(WBS)coding rules,this study proposes a construction quality information management method based on digital twins for massive multi-source heterogeneous data in a project site,including quality data collection,BIM model segmentation and data association steps.This method effectively realizes the correlation between the quality data collected on site and the corresponding BIM construction section.It is expected to efficiently manage the quality data of site construction and effectively improve the level and efficiency of site quality management.
