摘　　要：在高质量发展的国家战略背景和新发展理念下,改进工程勘察设计质量管理模式和方法,不断提高勘察设计质量,是实现建设行业绿色低碳转型的必经途径。本文首先对勘察设计质量管理的既有研究进行回顾;然后在前人研究成果的基础上,基于协同设计理念,构建勘察设计项目质量管理系统模型,为绿色设计奠定基础,基于协同管理理论,对利益相关者、全寿命期和全面质量管理进行集成,构建勘察设计集成化协同质量管理框架结构模型,为提高勘察设计质量水平提供理论框架;再采用半结构化访谈对前述模型进行深入访谈,根据访谈意见修正后形成最终模型;最后以港珠澳大桥工程为例验证研究结论。访谈结论和案例分析表明研究成果具有较好的理论价值和应用价值,对建设工程勘察设计行业高质量发展和绿色低碳转型具有一定的促进作用。Under the national strategic background of high-quality development and the new development concepts,improving the quality management mode and method of engineering survey and design,and continuously improving the quality of survey and design are the only ways to realize the green and low-carbon transformation of the construction industry.Firstly,reviews the existing research on survey and design quality management;secondly,on the basis of previous research results and the concept of collaborative design,builds a survey and design project quality management system model to lay the foundation for green design.Based on collaborative management theory,by integrating stakeholders,life cycle and total quality management,constructing a structural model of integrated collaborative quality management of survey and design,providing a theoretical framework for improving the quality of survey and design;then,using semi-structured interview to conduct in-depth interview on the aforementioned model,and the final model was formed after modification based on the interview opinions.Finally,the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge project is taken as a case to verify the research conclusion.The interview conclusions and case studies show that the research results have good theoretical and application value,and have a certain role in promoting the high-quality development and green and low-carbon transformation of the construction engineering survey and design industry.
