摘  要:采用感应熔炼和熔体快淬技术制备了Sm_(2)Co_(7-x)R_(x)(R=Cu、Zr;x=0、0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4)快淬带,研究了取代元素、取代量和快淬速度对快淬带磁性能、晶粒间相互作用和不可逆翻转场的影响规律。磁性能测试结果表明,Cu和Zr取代在快淬带内引起了强烈的钉扎效应,有助于提升快淬带的矫顽力,且均在x=0.3时获得最大矫顽力;Cu取代量x=0.1、0.2、0.4时快淬带的剩磁与最大磁能积随快淬速度逐渐降低,取代量x=0.3时表现为逐渐升高;Zr取代量x=0.1~0.4时快淬带的剩磁与最大磁能积均随快淬速度的增加先升高后降低。Henkel曲线测试结果表明,对于Cu元素和Zr元素取代,δM值均在x=0.3时达到最大,表明此时快淬带晶粒间的交换耦合作用最强;Sm_(2)(Co, Cu)_(7)和Sm_(2)(Co, Zr)_(7)快淬带的最大δM值分别为1.48和1.04。适量Cu、Zr元素取代可以提高Sm_(2)Co_(7)磁体在反磁化过程中的不可逆翻转场H_(n)。Sm_(2)Co_(7-x)R_(x)(R=Cu,Zr;x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4)melt-spun ribbons were prepared by induction melting and melt spinning.The effects of substitution elements,substitution amount,and melt spinning rate on magnetic properties,intergranular interaction and irreversible reversal field of the melt-spun ribbons were studied.The results of the magnetic property test show that Cu and Zr substitution causes strong pinning effect within the melt-spun ribbons,contributing to improving the coercivity of the melt-spun ribbons,and both achieve maximum coercivity at x=0.3.When the substitution amount x of Cu is 0.1,0.2 and 0.4,the remanence and maximum magnetic energy product of the melt-spun ribbons gradually decrease with the melt spinning rate,while they gradually increase at x=0.3.When the Zr substitution amount x is 0.1~0.4,the remanence and maximum magnetic energy product of the melt-spun ribbons increase at first and then decrease with the increase of melt spinning rate.The Henkel curve test results indicate that for both Cu and Zr substitution,δM value reaches its maximum at x=0.3,indicating that the intergranular exchange coupling effect in the melt-spun ribbons reaches its maximum at this point.The ma-ximumδM values of Sm_(2)(Co,Cu)_(7) and Sm_(2)(Co,Zr)_(7) melt-spun ribbons are 1.48 and 1.04,respectively.A moderate substitution amount of Cu and Zr elements can enhance the irreversible reversal field H_(n) of the Sm_(2)Co_(7) magnet during demagnetization.
