摘 要:针对二维弹道修正引信系统仿真中弹道模型与电机模型分立,难以反映全弹道不同转速情况下电机发电与控制性能的问题,提出一种基于Simulink的二维弹道修正引信(PGK)弹道与电机串联仿真方法。通过磁力矩电机结构功能分析,建立基于Simulink的磁力矩电机模型,并将电机模型与转角控制模块联立,形成电机控制模型,其输入为电机转速、控制PWM信号,输出为电磁力矩;然后将电机控制模型与外弹道模型联立,由外弹道模型产生电机控制模型所需的输入信号,并将电机输出的电磁力矩作为外弹道模型的输入,形成结合外弹道模型和磁力矩电机模型的串联仿真模型,对全弹道飞行过程中的电机发电性能、电磁力矩变化情况进行仿真分析,仿真结果与实测数据吻合。该模型还可用于磁力矩电机及其滚转角控制参数优化,为二维弹道修正引信样机优化提供参考。A series simulation method for the trajectory and motor of two-dimensional trajectory correction fuze(PGK)based on Simulink was proposed to address the issue of the separation of the trajectory model and the motor model in the simulation of the two-dimensional trajectory correction fuse system,which made it difficult to reflect the power generation and control performance of motor at different speed of the full trajectory.Firstly,by analyzing the structure and function of the magnetic torque motor,a magnetic torque motor model based on Simulink was established.The motor model was combined with the angle control module to form a motor control model.The input was the motor speed,control PWM signal,and the output was the electromagnetic torque;Then,the motor control model was combined with the external ballistic model,and the external ballistic model generates the input signals required for the motor control model.The electromagnetic torque output by the motor was used as the input of the external ballistic model,forming a series simulation model that combines the external ballistic model and the magnetic torque motor model.The simulation analysis was conducted on the motor power generation performance and electromagnetic torque changes during the entire ballistic flight process,and the simulation results were consistent with the measured data.This model could also be used for optimizing the parameters of magnetic torque motors and their roll angle control,providing reference for the optimization of two-dimensional trajectory correction fuze prototypes.
