摘  要:针对侵彻计层实时处理数据过程中,单独使用加速度计处理数据时信号噪声大、分离难度高,单独使用磁传感器处理数据时易受探测环境干扰的问题,提出一种加速度传感器与磁传感器结合的侵彻计层处理方法。利用加速度传感器响应时间快于磁传感器响应的现象,将加速度信号作为磁传感器信号的计时开关,并根据磁信号满足预设的阈值-脉宽信息来判断弹体该次动作是否为侵彻钢筋混凝土靶板层,完成侵彻层数过程的识别。通过建立侵彻模型,分析过载信息组成,确立刚体加速度分离方法,并通过对比加速度信号与磁信号在侵彻过程中的变化情况,分析信号峰值在侵彻过程中与靶板位置的关系,论证了探测方案的可行性。In the process of real-time data processing for penetrating the concrete layer,using the accelerometer alone results in significant signal noise and high separation difficulty.When using the magnetic sensor alone,it is susceptible to environmental interference.A method for processing the penetration layer by combining an accelerometer and a magnetic sensor was proposed:exploiting the phenomenon that the response time of the accelerometer was faster than that of the magnetic sensor,using the accelerometer signal as a timing switch for the magnetic sensor signal.Based on the magnetic signal satisfying a preset threshold-pulse width information,the method determines whether the projectile's action was penetrating the reinforced concrete target layer and completes the identification of the penetration layer process.By establishing a penetration model and analyzing the composition of overload information,a rigid body acceleration separation method was established.By comparing the changes in accelerometer and magnetic signals during the penetration process,the relationship between signal peaks and the position of the target plate was analyzed,which demonstrated the feasibility of the detection scheme.
