摘 要:随着模块化变电站的广泛运用,变电站设备多以工厂化加工的预制舱形式出现。预制舱形式变电站大幅度提升了电力设施的建设安装速度,但预制舱内环境较传统二次设备室仍有较大差距,现有二次设备预制舱粗放的环境监测和控制技术具有较大的改进空间。通过热学动态仿真,对比现有不同温湿度控制方式的效果,并探讨切实可行的预制舱温湿度、能耗及噪声优化控制方案,以有效优化二次设备预制舱内环境。The wide application of modular substation construction makes the factory-manufactured prefabricated cabins prevailing in substation equipment,which greatly improves construction and installation speed of power facilities.However,the operation environment in prefabricated cabin is still far behind that of conventional secondary equipment room,and environmental monitoring and control technologies of prefabricated cabins are quite inadequate and unsatisfactory.The effects of different temperature and humidity control methods are compared through thermal dynamic simulation,and feasible optimal control schemes for temperature and humidity,energy consumption and noise of prefabricated cabin are discussed to effectively improve the environmental level in the secondary equipment prefabricated cabin.
