摘 要:我国居民用电执行阶梯电价政策。针对现有阶梯电价制定方法存在的不足,采用基于电力大数据的分析思想,形成一种新的阶梯电价制定方法。首先介绍用电量数据的结构特点和k-means++算法的基本原理,将聚类结果作为测算,验证了该方法的优越性。Residential tiered electricity pricing has been put into practice for some years in China.To solve the shortcomings of the existing methods,a new formulation method of tiered electricity pricing based on clustering analysis of electricity consumption data is proposed in this paper.First the structural characteristics of electricity consumption data and the basic principle of k-means++clustering algorithm are outlined.The clustering result is used as the basis for making tiered level.Second the electricity price optimization model is established.The optimization result is used as the basis for the formulation of tiered unit price.Finally an example based on the sampled data is calculated to verify the superiority of the proposed method.
