摘　　要：针对高压输电线路中绝缘子串更换过程中存在的安全隐患和操作难题,提出了一种新型绝缘子串更换用卡具。通过对传统绝缘子串更换工艺进行分析,确定了关键问题所在,并提出了改进方案。基于此,设计并制造了一种结构合理、操作简便、安全可靠的绝缘子串更换用卡具,并进行了实际应用验证。实验结果表明,该卡具能够有效解决绝缘子串更换过程中的安全隐患,提高了更换效率,为高压输电线路的维护和运行提供了有力支持。In view of safety hazards and operational challenges in the process of replacing insulator strings in high-voltage transmission lines,this paper proposes a novel insulator string replacement tool.Through the analysis of traditional insulator string replacement processes,key issues are identified,and improvement solutions are proposed.Based on this,the paper designs and manufactures a structurally rational,operationally simple,and safely reliable tool for insulator string replacement,which is validated through practical applications.Experimental results indicate that the tool effectively addresses safety hazards during insulator string replacement,improves replacement efficiency,and provides robust support for maintenance and operation of high-voltage transmission lines.
