石化企业变压器经济运行策略研究

摘　　要：电力变压器的经济运行策略是对变压器负载实施经济调整,在现有设备的基础上最大限度地降低变压器的损耗,从而实现节能。但这一策略并未引起企业的重视,其主要原因是企业忽视了变压器的节能潜力。介绍了石化企业供电需求的特殊性,分析推导了双绕组变压器间有功功率负载经济分配系数,并阐述了应用方法。通过实际案例,验证了变压器间负载经济分配和提高功率因数的节电成效。The economic operation strategy of power transformers is to implement economic adjustments to transformer load and minimize the loss of transformer based on existing equipment,thereby achieving energy saving.However,this strategy has not attracted the attention of enterprises.The main reason is that enterprises have ignored the energy-saving potential of transformers.This paper describes the particularity of power supply needs of petrochemical enterprises,analyzes and derives the economic distribution coefficient of active power load between double-winding transformers,and explains the application method.Through actual cases,the power-saving effect of economical load distribution between transformers and improved power factor is verified.
