摘 要:水力旋流制浆技术是在造纸行业演变改进而来的垃圾资源化处理技术。以华北地区某餐厨垃圾处理项目为例,对运用水力旋流制浆技术的预处理工艺原理、工艺流程、运行效果进行总结。餐厨垃圾处理量为200 t/d,预处理残渣产率≤10%,残渣含水率≤65%,油脂回收率达到98%以上,厌氧产沼17000 m^(3)/d以上。结果表明,该项目工艺流程简单、残渣产率低、提油率高,具有良好的环境、经济效益,可为餐厨处理工程提供参考。Hydrocyclone Pulping Technology is a waste resource treatment technology evolved and improved from the papermaking industry.Taking a kitchen waste treatment project in North China as an example,the pre-treatment process principle,process flow,and operating effect of using hydrocyclone pulping technology were summarized.The kitchen waste capacity of the project was 200 t/d,the residual productivity of pre-treatment was less than 10%,the moisture content of the residualwas less than 65%,the oil etraction rate reached more than 98%,the anaerobic biogas production capacity was more than 17000 m^(3)/d.The results showed that the project has a simple process flow,low residue moisture content,high oil extraction rate,and good environmental and economic benefits,providing reference for the kitchen treatment industry.
