摘 要:以济南市历下区14个街道为例,运用GIS技术的缓冲区分析以及服务区分析法,基于城市道路网、居民居住区点和中小学点位数据,分析济南市历下区59所小学与27所中学的服务覆盖范围和空间可达性。结果表明:历下区总体中小学配置较为合理,学校空间覆盖度与可达性成正相关,由西部主城区向东中小学校的覆盖度与可达性逐步降低,靠近主城区的大明湖街道、解放路街道等中小学覆盖居民区范围较大、可达性较好,智远街道、舜华路街道等中小学覆盖居民区范围相对较小、可达性较差。Taking 14 streets in Lixia District of Jinan as examples,this paper analyzes the service coverage and spatial reachability of 59 primary schools and 27 secondary schools in Lixia District of Jinan City based on the data of urban road network,residential area points and primary and secondary school points,using the buffer area analysis and service area analysis method of GIS technology.The results show that the overall allocation of primary and secondary schools in Lixia District is relatively reasonable,and the school space coverage is positively related to reachability.The coverage and reachability of primary and secondary schools gradually decrease from the main urban area in the west to the east.The primary and secondary schools near the main urban area,such as Daminghu Street and Jiefang Road Street,cover a large area of residential areas with good reachability,while the primary and secondary schools such as Zhiyuan Street and Shunhua Road Street cover a relatively small area of residential areas with poor reachability.
