摘 要:城市的快速发展,施工环境的日益复杂,对施工过程的风险把控日渐增高,因人工监测受限条件较多,因此,自动化监测仪器的使用也在逐渐普遍化,但自动化监测仪器的技术参数是否满足要求需进一步验证。本文以某厂家的阵列式位移计为实验分析对象,对阵列式位移计的技术参数及适用性进行分析,结果表明该仪器可进行360°弯转,但角度量程不是360°,单节测量仪器单天及一星期内差值均小于0.5 mm,仪器监测数据进行温补后仍受温度变化影响,精度满足0.005°,即该阵列式位移计适用于软管处弯折角度较小,温度较为恒定的监测环境。With the rapid development of the city and the increasing complexity of the construction environment,the risk control of the construction process is increasing day by day.Due to the limited conditions of manual monitoring,the use of automatic monitoring instruments is also gradually generalized.However,whether the technical parameters of automatic monitoring instruments meet the requirements needs further verification.In this paper,the array displacement meter of a manufacturer is taken as the experimental analysis object,and the technical parameters and applicability of the array displacement meter are analyzed.The results show that the instrument can bend 360°,but the angle range is not 360°.The difference between the single measuring instrument in one day and one week is less than 0.5 mm.The monitoring data of the instrument is still affected by temperature change after temperature compensation,and the accuracy meets 0.005°.That is,the array displacement meter is suitable for the monitoring environment with small bending angle and constant temperature at the hose.
