摘　　要：凭借优越的地理位置及丰富的冰雪资源,黑龙江省在打造高质量滑雪旅游度假地方面具备独特的优势与潜力。通过对黑龙江省滑雪旅游度假地的发展定位及作用进行分析,发现黑龙江省滑雪旅游度假地建设对于促进当地文化的传承与发展、加强文化交流与认同、助力文化资源的开发与利用具有积极影响。为推动黑龙江省滑雪旅游度假地建设的可持续发展,提出加强文化表达与创新、重视冰雪生态文化建设、打造共建共享机制、推动绿色发展与技术驱动等可行化路径。通过促进大众参与和文化传播,完善政策支持和监管机制,创造更为有利的营商条件和经济环境,从而实现黑龙江省冰雪文旅产业的蓬勃振兴和经济社会的全面发展。Heilongjiang Province,with its superior geographical location and abundant ice and snow resources,it possesses unique advantages and potential in building high-quality ski tourism resorts.Through an analysis of the development positioning and role of ski tourism resorts in Heilongjiang Province,it is found that the construction of such resorts has a positive impact on promoting the inheritance and development of local culture,enhancing cultural exchange and identity,and facilitating the development and utilization of cultural resources.To promote the sustainable development of ski tourism resorts in Heilongjiang Province,feasible pathways are proposed such as including strengthening cultural expression and innovation,emphasizing the construction of ice and snow ecological culture,establishing mechanisms for joint construction and sharing,and promoting green development and technology-driven initiatives.By encouraging public participation and cultural dissemination,improving policy support and regulatory mechanisms,and creating more favorable business conditions and economic environments,the vigorous revitalization of the ice and snow cultural tourism industry in Heilongjiang Province can realize the comprehensive development of the economy and society.
