摘  要:目的:探讨基于VR的BOPPPS联合基于问题的教学法(Web problem-based learning,WPBL)教学模式在《呼吸内科学》教学中的应用效果。方法:选取我院2019级临床医学专业已完成基础医学课程的本科生参与研究,随机分为试验组和对照组,各40人。试验组采用基于VR的BOPPPS联合WPBL教学模式,对照组采用传统带教模式,比较2组学生理论考核成绩、教学效果和教学满意度的差异,并对教学效果评价、教学满意度与理论考核成绩进行Spearman相关性分析。结果:试验组学生的理论考核成绩[(85.8±4.9)分vs(77.2±5.3)分]、教学效果及教学满意度均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman相关性分析提示对照组和试验组教学效果评价与理论考核成绩无显著相关性,但教学满意度和理论考核成绩显著相关(P<0.05)。进一步多元线性回归分析提示教学分组、教学效果评价和教学满意度解释了理论考核成绩60.7%的变异。结论:基于VR的BOPPPS联合WPBL教学模式应用于《呼吸内科学》教学中可有效提高教学效果和满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of VR technology-based BOPPPS combined with WPBL teaching mode in the teaching of respiratory medicine.Methods:The undergraduate students of Grade 2019 major in clinical medicine,who have completed the basic medical courses in our university were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 40 students in each group.Students in the experimental group adopted the VR technology-based BOPPPS combined with WPBL teaching mode,and students in the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.The theoretical assessment performance,teaching effectiveness evaluations and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.At the same time,correlation analysis was conducted on teaching effectiveness evaluations,teaching satisfaction and theoretical assessment performance.Results:In the experimental group,students'theoretical assessment performance[(85.8±4.9)vs(77.2±5.3)],teaching effectiveness evaluations and satisfaction were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The Spearman correlation analysis suggested that there was no significant correlation between teaching effectiveness evaluations and theoretical assessment performance in the two groups,but teaching satisfaction was significantly correlated with theoretical assessment performance(P<0.05).Further multiple linear regression analysis indicated that teaching grouping,teaching effectiveness evaluations,and teaching satisfaction accounted for 60.7%of the variability in theoretical assessment performance.Conclusion:The application of VR technology-based BOPPPS combined with WPBL teaching mode in the teaching of respiratory medicine can effectively improve the teaching effectiveness and satisfaction.
