荣格关于梦的补偿功能的理解及其应用

摘　　要：梦的补偿功能是分析心理学创立者荣格基于其对人格动力及意识与无意识关系的理解所提出的观点,荣格认为无意识通过梦补偿意识态度的偏狭和缺失,从而扩展意识领域,使无意识与意识整合,促进个体的自我探索与人格发展。梦的补偿功能会表现在梦中的“梦者意象”“他者意象”上,也会表现在咨询师(治疗师)的反移情梦中。运用梦的补偿功能这一观点进行释梦,不仅适用于心理咨询与治疗的临床工作中,也适用于日常情境下个体的自我认知和心理教育,对个体的心理发展具有现实指导意义。The compensation function of dreams is a viewpoint put forward by Jung,the founder of Analytical Psychology,based on his understanding of the personality dynamics and the relationship between the consciousness and the unconsciousness.Jung believed that the unconsciousness compensates for the narrowness and the lack of the consciousness attitudes through dreams,thus expanding the realm of consciousness,integrating the unconsciousness and the consciousness,and promoting individual self-exploration and personality development.The compensation function of dreams manifests in the“image of dream ego”and the“image of dream other”within dreams,and also in the psychological consultant’s(therapist’s)dreams of countertransference.The application of this perspective to dream interpretation is not only applicable to the clinical labor such as psychological counseling and treatment,but also to individuals’self-awareness and psychological education in daily situations,offering practical guiding significance for the psychological development.
