摘  要:当心输出量、外周阻力和血量等发生变化时,颈动脉窦和主动脉弓压力感受器反射是维持动脉血压稳定的重要神经反射机制,具有快速调节动脉血压的作用。研究表明针刺具有良好的降压作用,其降压机制可能与上调压力感受器的敏感性、促进神经元传入信息增加、帮助中枢整合传入信号、兴奋迷走神经、抑制交感神经等有关。对针刺影响压力感受器反射的各环节功能而调节血压的作用机制进行阐述,以期为临床科研工作提供一定的参考。The reflexive actions of pressure sensors in the carotid sinus and aortic arch play an important role in stabilizing arterial blood pressure in response to changes in cardiac output,peripheral resistance,and blood volume.These neuroreflex mechanisms ensure a swift adjustment of arterial pressure.Studies have demonstrated that acupuncture is effective in lowering blood pressure,and its mechanisms may involve the upregulation of pressure sensor sensitivity,enhancement of neuronal input information,assistance in central integration of incoming signals,stimulation of the vagus nerve,and inhibition of the sympathetic nerve.This paper elaborates on the mechanisms by which acupuncture influences the functions of various components in pressure sensor reflexes to regulate blood pressure,aiming to provide a reference for clinical and scientific research.
