摘　　要：结合6个临床验案,介绍周衡教授运用经方治疗男性下尿路症状的经验。认为本病的病机核心在于肾虚及膀胱气化失职,虚证虽以肾为主,但需虑及其他四脏,厘清阴阳气血津液具体的不足;实证以侵扰膀胱病邪所致为主,有水饮、湿热、血瘀等,虽曰实证,但多考虑为因虚致实。据证应用经方,处方灵活,精于小方大用、一方多用,寥寥数味,便能收获满意疗效。Professor Zhou Heng's experience in managing male lower urinary tract symptoms through the application of classic famous formulas is introduced in this paper,substantiated by six proven cases in the clinic.It is considered that the core pathogenesis of this condition lies in kidney deficiency and the dysfunction of bladder qi transformation.While deficiency syndromes primarily involve the kidneys,considerations must also be given to the other four zang organs,and the differentiation of specific insufficiencies within the aspects of yin,yang,qi,blood,and body fluids.Excess syndromes are typified by pathogenic invasions in the bladder,manifesting as water fluid retention,damp-heat,and blood stasis.However,these excess syndromes are frequently attributed to underlying deficiencies.Treatment with classic famous formulas is tailored to the specific syndrome,demonstrating flexibility in prescription,proficiency in using small formulas for significant effects,and the ability of a single formula for multiple disorders.A few carefully chosen ingredients can yield satisfactory therapeutic effects.
