摘　　要：介绍颜乾麟教授从心肝论治心血管疾病的临床经验。认为心肝二脏生理相互联系、病理相互影响,心血管疾病发生发展与心肝功能失调相关,故治疗上强调心肝同治,以调肝为主,并提出舒畅气机、升降气机、降气平逆和理气活血为基本治法。并附验案1则。This paper introduces the clinical experience of Professor Yan Qianlin in treating cardiovascular diseases from the heart-liver interconnection.It is believed that there is a physiological interconnection and pathological interaction between the heart and liver.The development and progression of cardiovascular diseases are related to the heart and liver dysfunction.Therefore,emphasis is placed on the simultaneous treatment of both the heart and liver,with a focus on regulating the liver.The fundamental therapeutic methods proposed include soothing and regulating qi,ascending and descending qi movement,descending qi and calming reversed qi,and promoting qi and activating blood.A proven case is also included.
