摘 要:为了有效评估输电线路视频可视化监测技改项目效益,设计输电线路视频可视化监测技改项目效益智能化评估模型。应用分析法建立技改项目效益智能化评估指标体系,主要包含效益量化、投入产出比、未来成本等3个一级指标;利用模糊Hamming网络建立评估模型,并确定模型的网络结构;在模型中,输入评估指标体系,不断优化网络权值,经过学习和训练,输出技改项目效益智能化评估结果。实验结果证明,该模型评估指标的Cronbach’sα系数较高,约为0.92,说明评估指标内部一致性与可靠性较高;应用该模型后可有效提升技改项目的效益,降低检修成本、故障损失成本与报废成本。In order to effectively evaluate the benefits of the technical transformation project of video visualization monitoring of transmission lines,an intelligent evaluation model of the technical transformation project of video visualization monitoring of transmission lines is designed.An intelligent evaluation index system for the benefit of technological transformation projects is established through the analysis method,which mainly includes three first-level indicators:benefit quantification,input-output ratio,and future cost.The evaluation model is established by the fuzzy Hamming network,and the network structure of the model is determined.In the model,the evaluation indexes system are inputted,the network weights are continuously optimized,and the results of intelligent evaluation of the benefits of technological transformation projects are outputted after learning and training.The experimental results show that the Cronbach’sαcoefficient of the evaluation index of the model is relatively high,about 0.92,which indicates that the internal consistency and reliability of the evaluation index are high;the application of the model can effectively improve the benefits of technical renovation projects,reduce maintenance costs and failure losses cost and obsolescence cost.
