摘  要:为了实现黑体辐射源实时控制温度的目的,采用纯硬件闭环设计的方法,利用PT100铂电阻温度属性优势,将其转化为电压信号,运用DAC技术将其逆向转换为数据信号,实时反馈黑体辐射源温度,再与温度设置数据信号进行比较,控制黑体辐射源升温或降温,实现黑体辐射源温度的控制。通过对黑体辐射源设置温度、上升时间、调节时间、最终稳定温度等参数进行试验,结果表明,该黑体辐射源在100~600℃范围内实时控制精度达到0.5℃,升温时间小于150 s。In this paper,a design scheme circuit is presented to control real-time temperature of blackbody radiation source by taking advantages of the PT100 platinum resistance temperature properties.DAC technology is used to convert them into data signals,and realize real-time closed-loop feedback of temperature.Then the temperature is compared with the setting temperature,and error is used to control the blackbody radiation source to heat up or cool down,realize the temperature control.The parameters such as setting temp erature/rise time/adjust time/final stable temperature of the blackbody radiation source are tested.The experimental results show that the real-time control accuracy of the blackbody radiation source is 0.5℃and the heating time is less than 150 s in the temperature range from 100℃to 600℃.
