小青龙颗粒联合中医推拿治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床效果及对炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨小青龙颗粒联合中医推拿治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床效果及对炎症因子的影响。方法选取2021年4月至2023年6月济宁市市直机关医院收治的94例支气管哮喘患儿为研究对象,采用信封法分为两组,每组各47例。对照组采用孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用小青龙颗粒联合中医推拿治疗,比较两组的干预效果。结果干预2周后,观察组喘息、胸闷、气短乏力、胃脘痞满及肢体困倦证候积分低于对照组,观察组白细胞介素(IL)-4、IL-13水平低于对照组,γ干扰素水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小青龙颗粒联合中医推拿治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床效果显著,能够促进症状缓解,并减轻炎症反应。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiaoqinglong Granules combined with Chinese traditional manipulation in the treatment of pediatric bronchial asthma and its impact on inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 94 children with bronchial asthma in Jining Municipal Government Hospital from April 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by the envelope method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Montelukast Sodium,while the observation group was treated with Xiaoqinglong Granules and Chinese traditional manipulation on the basis of the control group.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results After 2 weeks of intervention,the syndrome scores of wheezing,chest tightness,shortness of breath and fatigue,stomach fullness and limb drowsiness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the levels of interleukin(IL)-4 and IL-13 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of interferon-γ was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiaoqinglong Granules combined with Chinese traditional manipulation treating pediatric bronchial asthma has significant clinical effect,which can promote symptom relief and reduce inflammation.
