宗王出镇:安史乱后杜甫平叛思想的文化意义——以《为阆州王使君进论巴蜀安危表》为中心

摘　　要：安史乱后,剑南道内外交困,杜甫于广德元年十二月底撰《为阆州王使君进论巴蜀安危表》。在表中,杜甫为剑南道治政提出“宗王出镇”“合并两川”的主张。前者与房琯、刘秩的政治主张一脉相承,因格于玄、肃二宗中枢政局的权力争夺和代宗对地方势力、宗王势力的防范,而被弃用。后者则与广德二年正月代宗的诏令内容基本吻合,表现出杜甫对时局的深刻体察与谋断。与杜甫颇具故谊的高适、李白也曾于安史乱后各撰表疏,针对时局,提出救治主张,然皆各因其弊而失败。相较之下,颇可见出杜甫策议之切中时弊,并可突破《旧唐书》本传语辞的藩篱,见出更为丰富、多元、立体的杜甫形象。After the An-Shi Rebellion,Jiannan Road was in trouble inside and outside.At the end of December of the first year of Guangde,Du Fu wrote an article entitled Memorial to Discuss the Safety and Security of Bashu Region for the Manager Surnamed Wang of Langzhou.In the article,Du Fu proposed the idea of“imperial princes leaving town”and“merging the Jiannan East and West”for the administration of Jiannan Dao.The former,which was in the same line as Fangguan and Liu Zhi,was abandoned because of the power struggle in the central political situation of the two emperors of Xuan Zong and Su Zong,and the prevention of the local forces and the king’s forces by the emperor Dai Zong.The latter is basically consistent with the content of the imperial edict of Emperor Dai Zong in the first month of the second year of Guangde,which shows Du Fu’s deep understanding and decision of the current situation.Gao Shi and Li Bai,who had a lot of friendship with Du Fu,also wrote articles after the An-Shi Rebellion,put forward a cure for the situation,but they all failed because of their disadvantages.In contrast,it can be seen that Du Fu’s policy and discussion are in the essence of the current problems,and it can break through the barriers of the transmission of the Jiu Tang Shu,and see a more rich,diversified and three-dimensional image of Du Fu.
