摘 要:为探究河北省玉米(Zea mays L.)种质的遗传多样性,以‘郑单958’为对照,基于农艺性状和SSR标记对60份玉米种质进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明农艺性状变异系数为3.35%~18.36%,农艺性状聚类结果将供试材料分为6个组,同来源材料大多归为一组。32对引物共扩增出82个标记位点,多态性位点78个,多态比率95.12。每对引物扩增多态性位点2~6个,平均2.56个。各材料遗传距离在0.057~0.781之间,平均为0.367,SSR聚类结果将供试材料分为6个组群。冀玉系列的遗传多样性最丰富,离散程度最高;蠡玉系列与‘郑单958’的遗传距离最远。两种方法的分析结果具有共性,但也存在一定差异,蠡玉、冀玉、沧玉系列在农艺性状和SSR标记上均具有特异性,其他材料仅在SSR标记上具有特异性。将两种方法结合,能更全面的了解河北省玉米种质的遗传背景,为新品种选育提供依据和参考。To explore the genetic diversity of maize(Zea mays L.)germplasm in Hebei Province,‘Zhengdan 958’was used as a control and genetic diversity analysis was conducted on 60 maize germplasm based on agronomic traits and SSR markers.The results showed that the variation coefficient of agronomic traits ranged from 3.35%to 18.36%.The clustering results of agronomic traits divided the test materials into 6 groups,and most of the materials from the same source were grouped together.32 pairs of primers amplified a total of 82 marker sites,with 78 polymorphic sites and a polymorphic ratio of 95.12.Each pair of primers amplifies 2-6 polymorphic loci,with an average of 2.56.The genetic distance of each material ranged from 0.057 to 0.781,with an average of 0.367.The SSR clustering results divided the tested materials into 6 groups.The Jiyu series had the richest genetic diversity and the highest degree of dispersion;The Li Yu series had the farthest genetic distance from‘Zheng Dan 958’.The analysis results of the two methods had commonalities,but there were also certain differences.The Liyu,Jiyu,and Cangyu series had specificity in agronomic traits and SSR markers,while other materials only had specificity in SSR markers.Combining the two methods provided a more comprehensive understanding of the genetic background of maize germplasm in Hebei Province,and provided a basis and reference for the breeding of new varieties.
