重大突发事件应对中思想政治教育的社会性功能研究

摘　　要：重大突发事件为思想政治教育社会性功能的充分展现提供了契机,思想政治教育的社会性功能保障了重大突发事件的有序应对。在重大突发事件应对过程中,思想政治教育具有政治引领、经济导向、文化传承和生态保护等社会性功能。但这些功能的实现存在主体认知失位、规范制度空位、实施路径缺位、物质保障错位等问题,需要通过主体认知到位、规范制度补位、实施路径适位、物质保障对位予以解决。Major emergencies provide an opportunity for the full display of the social function of ideological and political education,and the social function of ideological and political education guarantees the orderly response to major emergencies.In the process of dealing with major emergencies,ideological and political education has social functions such as political guidance,economic guidance,cultural inheritance and ecological protection.However,the realization of these functions has problems such as the dislocation of the subject's cognition,the vacancy of the normative system,the absence of the implementation path,and the dislocation of the material guarantee,which need to be solved through the thorough understanding of the subject's cognition,the replacement of the normative system,the appropriate implementation path,and the alignment of the material guarantee.
