中医伤科技法治疗海军官兵肩部训练伤的疗效评估

摘　　要：目的观察中医伤科技法治疗海军官兵肩部训练伤的疗效。方法将80例训练伤所致肩关节疼痛的海军官兵分为2组,每组40例。治疗组使用中医伤科技法对其进行医治,对照组使用传统手法对其进行医治。利用统计学软件分析2组的疗效、疼痛视觉模拟量表(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分和肩关节功能Constant⁃Murley评分。结果治疗组有效率为92.5%,对照组为77.5%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组和对照组VAS评分及肩关节功能评分与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.001),Constant Murley评分高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论中医伤科技法治疗海军官兵肩部训练伤的治疗效果优于仅使用传统手法治疗。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine trauma techniques on shoulder injuries caused by military training in naval officers and soldiers.Methods Eighty naval officers and soldiers with shoulder pain caused by training injuries were divided into two groups,with 40 people in each group.Traditional Chinese medicine trauma techniques and traditional treatment were given in the treatment group and control group,respectively.The efficacy,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,and Constant⁃Murley score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significant higher than that of the control group(92.5%vs 77.5%,P<0.05).There were significant differences in VAS and Constant⁃Murley scores in both groups before and after treatment,and the VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.001),while the Constant Murley score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine trauma techniques on shoulder training injuries of naval officers and soldiers is superior to that of traditional manual treatment.
