摘　　要：纵观现代建筑史,20世纪伴随城市化建设和社会经济发展,涌现出大量社会住宅的设计实践。其中不乏经典之作,无论是承载着柯布西耶的理想社会的犹如立体城市的马赛公寓,还是蒙特利尔世界博览会上摩西·萨夫迪开创性地使用预制结构技术的阶梯花园住宅Habitat67,或是黑川纪章的充满未来居住构想的以胶囊为单元的中银舱体大厦,它们都在高密度城市集合住宅的类型学意义上具有重要的建筑学价值。Throughout the history of modern architecture,with the development of urbanization and social economy in the 20th century,a large number of social housing design practices have emerged.Whether it's the apartment in Marseille,a three-dimensional city that encapsulates Le Corbusier's ideal society,Moshe Safdie's ground-breaking use of prefabricated technology in the step-garden Habitat67 at the Montreal World's Fair,or Noriki Kurokawa's silver capsule building filled with futuristic living ideas,all of them have important architectural value in the typology of high-density urban housing.This"AT Architecture"focuses on residential projects for the first time,not only in response to the national strategy of"leting the people live in a good house",but also in discussing the current and future residential architecture design from the architectural perspective.
