改良佩顿四步教学法在高原驻训官兵心肺复苏术培训中的探索

摘　　要：目的 分析在高原驻训官兵心肺复苏术培训中实施改良佩顿四步教学法的效果。方法 选取150名高原驻训官兵作为研究对象进行为期10天的心肺复苏术培训,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=75)和观察组(n=75)。对照组实施常规心肺复苏术培训教学,观察组实施改良佩顿四步教学法。经过10天的培训,比较两组高原驻训官兵的心肺复苏术理论知识成绩和操作成绩、教学质量及官兵对培训工作的满意度。结果 观察组的理论知识成绩、操作成绩、成绩总分均高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组学习积极性、理论知识水平、操作技术水平、团队协作水平、现场应变能力、培训效果总评分均高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组学员对培训工作的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 改良佩顿四步教学法可有效提高高原驻训官兵心肺复苏术的培训效果,有助于提高学员心肺复苏术的理论知识和操作技能,通过普及心肺复苏术,可有效提高高原驻训官兵的急救能力,降低野外伤亡风险,具有非常重要的研究价值。Objective To analyze the effects of implementing the improved Peyton′s four-step teaching method in the cardiopulmonary resuscitation training of officers and soldiers stationed at plateau.Methods A total of 150 high altitude training officers and soldiers were selected for 10-day cardiopulmonary resuscitation training and they were randomly divided into control group(n=75)and observation group(n=75).The control group received routine cardiopulmonary resuscitation training and teaching,the observation group received improved Peyton four-step teaching method.After 10-day training,the theoretical knowledge and operation scores of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,teaching quality and the training satisfaction of officers and soldiers in plateau training were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,operation scores and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total scores of learning enthusiasm,theoretical knowledge level,operation technology level,team cooperation level,on-site strain capability and training effects in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of trainees in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved Peyton four-step teaching method can effectively improve the training effects of cardiopulmonary resuscitation for officers and soldiers stationed at plateau,it is helpful to improve the theoretical knowledge and operation skills of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,the popularization of cardiopulmonary resuscitation can effectively improve the first-aid ability of officers and soldiers stationed at plateau and reduce the risk of casualties in the field,which has very important research value.
