摘　　要：目的分析思维导图式健康教育在糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者血糖控制中的应用效果。方法以徐州市第一人民医院在2021年6月至2022年6月收治的112例DR手术患者为研究对象。根据入院顺序将其分为对照组和观察组,各56例。对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组给予思维导图式健康教育。通过在院观察及跟踪回访,于患者入院时与术后7 d时,使用一般健康知识评定量表、糖尿病自我效能量表(DSES),评价两组患者的健康认识水平与自我效能水平,同时比较两组的血糖水平。结果入院时,两组患者对健康认知、DSES量表指标评分以及血糖水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后7 d,观察组健康认知、DSES量表指标评分均高于对照组,且该组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论思维导图式健康教育能够提升DR手术患者的健康认知水平,强化自我效能,提升自护能力,同时有效改善血糖水平。Objective To analyze the application effect of mind-mapping health education in glycemic control in patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods A total of 112 patients with DR surgery admitted to Xuzhou No.1 People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the order of admission,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health education,while the observation group was given mind-guided mapping health education.Through hospital observation and follow-up visit,the general health knowledge rating scale and Diabetes Self-Efficacy Scale(DSES)were used to evaluate the health awareness and self-efficacy level of the two groups of patients on admission and 7 days after operation,and the blood glucose level of the two groups was compared.Results On admission,there were no significant differences in health cognition,DSES scale index score and blood glucose level(P>0.05).At 7 days after operation,the scores of health cognition and DSES scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the fasting blood glucose and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Mind-mapping health education can improve the health cognition level of patients with diabetic retinopathy surgery,strengthen self-efficacy,improve self-care ability,and effectively improve the blood glucose level.
