延续性护理对鼻息肉术后患者生存质量及复诊依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的分析延续性护理对鼻息肉(NP)术后患者生存质量及复诊依从性的影响。方法于山东省临沂市中心医院2019年1月至2022年1月期间内选取200例NP手术患者为研究对象,根据入院顺序将其分为对照组与观察组,每100例。对照组给予常规出院护理,观察组给予延续性护理。通过留院观察及跟踪回访,于患者出院前1 d与出院30 d时,使用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表,评价两组患者的生存质量,另将两组在此时间段内的复诊依从性与并发症发生率进行统计对比。结果出院前1 d,两组WHOQOL-BREF量表指标评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),出院30 d时,观察组WHOQOL-BREF量表指标评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。30 d内,观察组94.00%的复诊依从性高于对照组的85.00%,观察组3.00%的并发症发生率低于对照组的10.00%(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理可提升NP手术患者的术后生活质量,提高复诊依从性,同时有效降低该疾病患者的并发症发生率。Objective To analyze the effects of continuous nursing on quality of life and subsequent consultation compliance of postoperative patients with nasal polyps(NP).Methods A total of 200 patients with NP surgery in Linyi Central Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine discharge nursing,while the observation group was given continuous nursing.Through hospital observation and follow-up visit,the quality of life of the two groups of patients was evaluated by the World Health Organization Quality of Life Instrument Brief Scale 1 day before discharge and 30 days after discharge.In addition,the compliance of further consultation and the incidence of complications were statistically compared between the two groups during this period.Results One day before discharge,there was no significant difference in the scores of WHOQOL-BREF scale between the two groups(P>0.05).At 30 days after discharge,the scores of WHOQOL-BREF scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Within 30 days,the follow-up compliance rate of the observation group(94.00%)was higher than that of the control group(85.00%),and the incidence of complications of the observation group(3.00%)was lower than that of the control group(10.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusions Continuous nursing can improve the postoperative quality of life of patients with NP surgery,improve the compliance of subsequent consultation,and effectively reduce the incidence of complications in patients with NP.
