摘　　要：本文对主流购物网站购置的10批次不同企业生产的电炖锅进行风险检测。检测结果表明,其中电气安全性能、16项溶出性重金属项目、标签标识均存在产品质量风险隐患。通过风险监测研究,用检测数据和检测结果解答了消费者的疑惑,为政府监管提供了数据支持。This paper conducts risk testing on 10 batches of electric stewpots produced by different enterprises,which are purchased from mainstream shopping websites.The test results indicate that the electrical safety performance,16 items of dissolving heavy metals,and labeling are all potential product quality risks.Through risk monitoring research,this paper answers the doubts of consumers by testing data and results,providing data support for government regulation.
