摘  要:为了提高空气净化器在公共场景下的杀毒效率,设计并优化了基于222 nm紫外杀菌的空气净化器.使用漫反射材料作为光腔内壁的涂层,在实现紫外线均匀照射的基础上,通过TracePro软件建立了3种不同形状的光腔仿真模型.结合光积分球原理,选用圆柱体光腔,进一步优化了光腔尺寸以容纳更多的紫外灯管,并引入了上下表面6个环形分布的进出风孔以提高消毒效率.结果表明,这种紫外光腔的辐照度比无光腔状态提高了33倍,可以在90 min内对一间30 m^(3)的房间进行有效消毒.该设计对医院、车站及机场等公共场所的消毒具有实用价值.To enhance the antiviral efficiency of air purifiers in public settings,a UV-based air purifier utilizing 222 nm ultraviolet sterilization was designed and optimized.A simulation model of three light cavities with different shapes was created by using TracePro software.The inner walls of the cavities were coated with a diffuse reflective material in order to achieve uniform UV irradiation.By incorporating the principles of integrating spheres,a cylindrical light cavity was selected and further optimized in size to accommodate more UV lamps.In addition,six annular distributed air inlets and outlets were introduced on the top and bottom surfaces to improve disinfection efficiency.The results demonstrated that the irradiance of this UV light cavity was 33 times higher than that of a cavity without UV,which enabled effective disinfection of a 30 m^(3) room within 90 minutes.This design would have practical value for disinfectiing public places,such as hospitals,train stations and airports.
