摘 要:B-box(BBX)基因家族成员在植物生长发育中起重要作用.为探究BBX在蓝莓果实成熟发育过程中的作用,通过生物信息学的方法鉴定BBX基因家族成员,并对其进行染色体定位、系统进化关系、基因结构、启动子顺式作用元件及表达模式分析.结果表明:在蓝莓基因组中鉴定出38个BBX基因成员,基因结构保守,外显子平均个数为3.13,这些基因可分成Ⅰ~Ⅲ3个亚族,不均匀分布于23条染色体;BBX基因的启动子序列中存在光响应、植物激素响应、胁迫响应和植物生长发育等4类顺式作用元件;VcBBX基因成员在‘Star’和‘O’Neal’蓝莓果实发育过程中存在显著性差异表达,VcBBX9,VcBBX16,VcBBX25和VcBBX20在S8表达量最高,VcBBX26在S6表达量最高,VcBBX30在S3表达量最高.研究结果将为进一步探究BBX型锌指蛋白在蓝莓果实发育过程中的功能奠定基础.Members of the B-box(BBX)gene family played important roles in plant growth and development.In order to investigate the functions of BBX during blueberry fruit ripening,it was identified BBX gene family members by using bioinformatics approaches,their chromosomal distribution,phylogenetic relationships,gene structures,cis-acting elements in promoters,and expression patterns were analyzed.The results showed that:38 BBX genes were identified in the blueberry genome with conserved gene structures,averaged 3.13 exons per gene.These genes could be classified into three subfamilies(Ⅰ~Ⅲ)and were unevenly distributed across 23 chromosomes.BBX gene promoters contained four classes of elements associated with light response,phytohormone response,stress response,and plant growth and development.VcBBX genes showed significant differential expression during fruit ripening in‘Star’and‘O’Neal’blueberry cultivars.VcBBX9,VcBBX16,VcBBX25 and VcBBX20 showed highest expression in S8;VcBBX26 showed highest expression in S6;and VcBBX30 showed highest expression in S3.The presented findings could lay a foundation for further elucidating the functions of BBX zinc finger proteins during blueberry fruit development.
