摘 要:本文首先结合可拓学理论中菱形思维模式,分别从电力设备能效、运行节能、绿色能源利用三个维度,构建针对公共建筑的供用电系统绿色化评价核心指标体系,指导公共建筑供用电系统的规划与运行;其次,为使综合评价结果能指导建筑绿色化运行,提出基于嵌入动态信息改进层次分析法的公共建筑供用电系统绿色化综合评价方法。最后,通过实际建筑绿色化评估,验证了所建指标体系能够合理体现建筑用电系统绿色化水平,评估结果能够明确公共建筑供用电系统绿色化提升的关键措施。In this paper,firstly,based on the rhombus thinking mode of extension theory,the core index system of green evaluation of power supply and power system for public buildings is constructed from three dimensions of power equipment energy efficiency,operation energy saving and green energy utilization,to guide the planning and operation of power supply and power system for public buildings.Secondly,in order to make the comprehensive evaluation results can guide the green operation of the building,a comprehensive evaluation method for the green power supply system of public buildings based on embedded dynamic information and improved analytic hierarchy process is proposed.Through the actual green evaluation of buildings,it is verified that the index system established can reasonably reflect the green level of the building power system,and the evaluation results can identify the key measures to improve the green of the public building power supply system.
