摘　　要：以城市信息模型CIM技术为核心,集成云服务技术、网络地理信息系统Web GIS技术、三维建模BIM技术、物联网IoT技术以及人工智能AI等技术,在研究并制定相关技术标准的基础上,成功开发了CIM+智慧社区综合管理云平台。实现对社区三维地理空间环境数据,社区建筑物、设备设施、仪器仪表以及各类管线等BIM三维模型数据的管理与维护,以及对社区人员、车辆、车位以及道路交通状况的智慧管理,对社区各类设备运维状况的实时定位检测、优化调控与管理。Takes CIM as the core,the research integrates Cloud service,WebGIS,BIM,IoT and AI to research and develop the CIM+ Smart Community Comprehensive Management Cloud Platform based on establishing relevant technical standards.The platform manages and maintains the 3D network geographic spatial environment of community and 3D BIM models of buildings,equipment and facilities,instruments and meters,and various pipelines in the community.The platform realizes intelligent management of community personnel,vehicles,parking spaces,and road traffic conditions,and realizes real-time positioning detection,optimization regulation and management of the operation and maintenance status of various devices in the community.
