摘 要:试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平硒代蛋氨酸对樱桃谷肉种鸭生产性能、繁殖性能和血清生化指标的影响。试验选用58周龄、受精率和产蛋率接近的父母代樱桃谷肉种鸭12个单元,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复为1个单元(公鸭20只、母鸭100只)。对照组饲喂基础日粮(硒含量0.07mg/kg);试验组分别在基础日粮中添加0.1mg/kg、0.3mg/kg、0.5mg/kg硒代蛋氨酸(硒含量实测值分别为0.14 mg/kg、0.35 mg/kg、0.54 mg/kg)。试验期为6周。结果显示:与对照组相比,硒代蛋氨酸显著提高樱桃谷肉种公鸭的精子密度和精子活率(P<0.05),呈一次线性关系(P<0.001)和二次曲线关系(P<0.001);硒代蛋氨酸显著降低樱桃谷肉种母鸭的死亡率(P<0.05),呈一次线性关系(P<0.001)和二次曲线关系(P<0.001);硒代蛋氨酸显著提高樱桃谷肉种鸭的受精率(P<0.05),呈一次线性关系(P=0.001)和二次曲线关系(P=0.024);硒代蛋氨酸显著降低樱桃谷肉种鸭血清尿酸含量(P<0.05)和丙二醛含量(P<0.05),尿酸含量呈一次线性关系(P<0.001),丙二醛含量呈一次线性关系(P<0.001)和二次曲线关系(P<0.001);硒代蛋氨酸显著提高血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性(P<0.05),呈一次线性关系(P<0.001);0.3 mg/kg、0.5 mg/kg硒代蛋氨酸显著提高樱桃谷肉种鸭血清总抗氧化能力(P<0.05),呈一次线性关系(P=0.012)。综上所述,饲粮添加0.1~0.5 mg/kg硒代蛋氨酸可以提高种公鸭精液品质,改善樱桃谷肉种鸭种蛋受精率,提高血清抗氧化能力。综合精子密度、死亡率、受精率、血清尿酸和丙二醛含量,肉种鸭饲粮硒代蛋氨酸的适宜添加水平为0.34~0.37 mg/kg。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different dietary levels of selenometine on production performance,reproductive performance and serum biochemical indexes of Cherry Valley breeding duck.A total of 58-week-age 12 unit Cherry Valley breeding ducks with similar fertilization rate and egg production rate were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates per group and 1 unit per replicate(20 males and 100 females).The control group was fed with basal diet(selenium content 0.07 mg/kg).The experimental groups were supplemented with 0.1 mg/kg,0.3 mg/kg and 0.5 mg/kg selenomethionine in the basal diet(the measured selenium content was 0.14 mg/kg,0.35 mg/kg and 0.54 mg/kg),respectively.The trial lasted for 6 weeks.The results showed as follows:Compared with the control group,supplementation of selenomethionine could significantly increase the sperm density and sperm motility of Cherry Valley male breeding ducks(P<0.05),and the relationship was linear(P<0.001)and quadratic(P<0.001)with the increase of selenomethionine dose;Selenometine could significantly decrease the mortality of Cherry Valley female breeding ducks(P<0.05),and there was a linear relationship(P<0.001)and a quadratic relationship(P<0.001)with the increase of selenomethionine dose;Supplementation of selenometine could significantly increase the fertilization rate of Cherry Valley breeding ducks(P<0.05),and the changes were linear(P=0.001)and quadratic(P=0.024)with the increase of selenomethionine dose;Supplementation of selenomedionine could significantly decrease the serum uric acid content(P<0.05)and malondialdehyde content(P<0.05),and the uric acid content had a linear change with the dosage increasing(P<0.001),and the malondialdehyde content had a linear and quadratic change(P<0.001).The serum glutathione peroxidase activity was significantly increased(P<0.001),and the change was linear with the dose increasing(P<0.001).0.3 mg/kg and 0.5 mg/kg selenomethionine could significantly increase the serum total antioxidant capacity of Ch
