摘　　要：重金属污染会危害机体健康,重金属(铅、镉、砷和铬)进入机体后,诱导肠道微生物的结构和丰度发生变化,降低机体肠道有益菌的丰度,增加有害菌的丰度,同时会降低肠道微生物有益代谢产物的浓度。因此,预防重金属进入机体和重金属进入机体后的清除显得尤为重要。外源性补充益生菌可调节因重金属暴露而紊乱的肠道菌群,恢复菌群正常比例,维护肠道屏障功能,进一步阻止重金属诱发的其他器官毒性。文章对重金属的来源、重金属对畜禽的危害和重金属与肠道微生物的关系进行了综述,为畜禽重金属的污染预防和清除提供理论基础。Heavy metal pollution can harm the health of the body.After heavy metals(lead,cadmium,arsenic and chromium)enter the body,they induce changes in the structure and abundance of intestinal microbiota,decreasing the abundance of beneficial bacteria,increasing the abundance of harmful bacteria,and decreasing the concentration of beneficial metabolites in intestinal microbiota.Therefore,it is particularly important to prevent heavy metals from entering the body and to eliminate them after they enter the body.Exogenous probiotics supplementation can regulate the intestinal microbiota disturbed by heavy metal exposure,restore the normal proportion of the flora,maintain the intestinal barrier function,and further prevent the toxicity of other organs induced by heavy metals.In this paper,the sources of heavy metals,the harm of heavy metals to livestock and poultry and the relationship between heavy metals and intestinal microbes were reviewed,and provided a theoretical basis for the pollution prevention and elimination of heavy metals in livestock and poultry.
