摘 要:随着信息通信技术的发展和演变,单一的传统CT业务越来越难以满足用户的需求。电信运营商借助其自身的优势,将业务方向逐步向ICT项目领域迈进。在ICT项目业务量迅速增长过程中,也出现了项目范围蔓延、项目工期紧张和项目收益不高等问题。针对这些问题,本文作者通过多年项目管理经验,发现其主要原因为ICT项目管理与传统工程项目管理存在较大区别,ICT项目管理的方法和技术工具存在较大提升空间,在查找相关资料、参考大量ICT项目管理经验后,探讨了ICT项目管理的特点、意义和项目管理过程中的易发问题及提升建议,以期为后续ICT项目管理提供参考,提升ICT项目交付效率。With the development and evolution of information and communication technology,traditional communication technology with single product is increasingly difficult to meet the user’demands.The telecom operators draw support form its own advantages,reinvent the wheel of its business to the domain of ICT project.During the rapid increase of the business of ICT projects,the problems such as project scope creep,project schedule is very tight and low profit of project appeared.In response to these problems,I found that the principal reason is there is great differences between the ICT project management and the traditional engineering project management,the methods and technical tools of ICT project has big promotion space based on my experience.Through hunting up relevant references and referring to a lot of ICT project management experience,this paper investigates the characteristics,signifi cance of ICT project management and the vulnerable problems,improvement suggestions of project management process.I hope to provide reference for the following ICT project and improve ICT project efficiency.
